By booking, scheduling, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any appointment or payment.<\/p><hr \/><h2>1. Services<\/h2><p>CleanDistrict provides residential, commercial, move-in\/move-out, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialty cleaning services within New York City and surrounding areas.<\/p><p>All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and operational capacity.<\/p><hr \/><h2>2. Booking &amp; Payments<\/h2><p>A booking is considered confirmed once payment, deposit, or written service approval has been received.<\/p><p>Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:<\/p><ul><li><p>Service address<\/p><\/li><li><p>Property condition<\/p><\/li><li><p>Size of the property<\/p><\/li><li><p>Access instructions<\/p><\/li><li><p>Requested services<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>CleanDistrict reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition or scope of work differs from the original request.<\/p><hr \/><h2>3. No-Refund Policy<\/h2><h3>All Sales Are Final<\/h3><p>By confirming your service agreement with CleanDistrict, you acknowledge and agree to the following:<\/p><ul><li><p>Returns, exchanges, and monetary refunds are NOT permitted under any circumstances.<\/p><\/li><li><p>This policy applies regardless of whether the service has been fully utilized or not.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Clients may request:<\/p><ul><li><p>An alternative service date<\/p><\/li><li><p>A change of service address<\/p><\/li><li><p>A rescheduling request subject to availability<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>This policy also applies to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Custom service bookings<\/p><\/li><li><p>Advance payments<\/p><\/li><li><p>Deposits<\/p><\/li><li><p>Special cleaning contracts<\/p><\/li><li><p>Recurring service agreements<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Failure to use a scheduled service does not qualify for a refund.<\/p><hr \/><h2>4. Rescheduling Policy<\/h2><p>Clients may request to reschedule services with reasonable notice.<\/p><p>Rescheduling requests are subject to:<\/p><ul><li><p>Team availability<\/p><\/li><li><p>Operational scheduling<\/p><\/li><li><p>Service area coverage<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>CleanDistrict reserves the right to charge additional fees for last-minute changes or extended travel requirements.<\/p><hr \/><h2>5. Access to Property<\/h2><p>The client must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.<\/p><p>If access is not provided:<\/p><ul><li><p>The appointment may be canceled<\/p><\/li><li><p>Additional fees may apply<\/p><\/li><li><p>The service may be considered completed for scheduling purposes<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2>6. Satisfaction Policy<\/h2><p>CleanDistrict is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.<\/p><p>If a client is dissatisfied with any completed service, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. CleanDistrict may, at its sole discretion, offer a touch-up or corrective visit when applicable.<\/p><p>This does NOT constitute a refund policy.<\/p><hr \/><h2>7. Limitations of Liability<\/h2><p>CleanDistrict is not responsible for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Pre-existing damage<\/p><\/li><li><p>Wear and tear<\/p><\/li><li><p>Improperly installed items<\/p><\/li><li><p>Fragile or unsecured objects<\/p><\/li><li><p>Damage caused by faulty plumbing, electrical systems, or structural conditions<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Clients must notify the company of any delicate surfaces or special handling requirements prior to service.<\/p><hr \/><h2>8. Cancellations<\/h2><p>Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled service time.<\/p><p>Deposits and payments remain non-refundable under all circumstances.<\/p><hr \/><h2>9. Privacy<\/h2><p>Client information is used exclusively for scheduling, communication, billing, and operational purposes.<\/p><p>CleanDistrict does not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.<\/p><hr \/><h2>10.
