Welcome to CleanDistrict. By booking, scheduling, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any appointment or payment.


1. Services

CleanDistrict provides residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialty cleaning services within New York City and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling confirmation, and operational capacity.


2. Booking & Payments

A booking is considered confirmed once payment, deposit, or written service approval has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

  • Service address

  • Property condition

  • Size of the property

  • Access instructions

  • Requested services

CleanDistrict reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition or scope of work differs from the original request.


3. No-Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

By confirming your service agreement with CleanDistrict, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Returns, exchanges, and monetary refunds are NOT permitted under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies regardless of whether the service has been fully utilized or not.

  • Clients may request:

    • An alternative service date

    • A change of service address

    • A rescheduling request subject to availability

This policy also applies to:

  • Custom service bookings

  • Advance payments

  • Deposits

  • Special cleaning contracts

  • Recurring service agreements

Failure to use a scheduled service does not qualify for a refund.


4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule services with reasonable notice.

Rescheduling requests are subject to:

  • Team availability

  • Operational scheduling

  • Service area coverage

CleanDistrict reserves the right to charge additional fees for last-minute changes or extended travel requirements.


5. Access to Property

The client must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If access is not provided:

  • The appointment may be canceled

  • Additional fees may apply

  • The service may be considered completed for scheduling purposes


6. Satisfaction Policy

CleanDistrict is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

If a client is dissatisfied with any completed service, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. CleanDistrict may, at its sole discretion, offer a touch-up or corrective visit when applicable.

This does NOT constitute a refund policy.


7. Limitations of Liability

CleanDistrict is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Improperly installed items

  • Fragile or unsecured objects

  • Damage caused by faulty plumbing, electrical systems, or structural conditions

Clients must notify the company of any delicate surfaces or special handling requirements prior to service.


8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the scheduled service time.

Deposits and payments remain non-refundable under all circumstances.


9. Privacy

Client information is used exclusively for scheduling, communication, billing, and operational purposes.

CleanDistrict does not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law.
